How do your coaching sessions work?
My coaching sessions are typically 60-90 minutes long and can be conducted in-person or virtually. We'll start with an initial assessment to understand your goals, then develop a personalized plan. Each session builds on the previous one, with practical exercises and accountability check-ins between meetings.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and circumstances. Some clients achieve their desired results in just a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support over several months. We'll discuss this during your initial consultation and adjust as needed.
What's your cancellation policy?
I understand that life happens. I request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, but I'm always willing to work with you in case of emergencies.
Do you offer refunds?
I'm committed to your satisfaction. If after our first session you feel we're not a good fit, I offer a full refund for any prepaid package. For ongoing clients, unused sessions in a package can be refunded on a prorated basis.
